Beginning in investment banking at UBS, Tony supported mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, developing deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and strategic advisory. This foundation established his execution-first approach to complex transactions and capital structuring across industrial, energy, and real-asset sectors.
He subsequently advanced into senior U.S.-based corporate finance roles, including Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development and Senior Financial Analyst, where he led enterprise-level financial planning, M&A evaluation, capital allocation, and long-term growth strategy. In these roles, Tony directly influenced investment decisions, operational scaling, and balance-sheet optimization.
Appointed as execution lead for cross-border investment initiatives at Value Masters Merchant Capital (VMMC) and Value Masters Asset Management (VMAM), Tony now applies this combined investment banking and operating experience to steward Turkish commodity and industrial producers—ranging from food and agriculture to textiles, furniture, intermediate goods, capital goods, and fully finished manufacturing—into U.S. and global markets.
