  • Hong Kong Leadership: Spent 20 years in Hong Kong as a senior investment professional with leading real estate and private equity firms. Served as Managing Director of Lombard Asian Private Investment Company and Founder/CEO of a boutique M&A advisory firm, negotiating more than $1 billion in hospitality and corporate M&A transactions.

  • Board & Investment Roles: Served as a Director of Korea’s Good Morning Securities, a Director of Philweb Corporation (Philippine Stock Exchange), and a seed investor in Midas Assets International (Korea, $10B AUM).

  • Hospitality & Real Estate: Early career included business development for U.S. hedge and private equity funds, hotel operations and management with Mandarin Oriental Hotels, and commercial real estate with Hongkong Land.

  • Hollywood Innovation: Based in Los Angeles since 2003, Randall served as an Advisor to Winnick & Co. (4 years) and later as President of Relativity Media’s Digital Studio (5 years). There, he and his team pioneered the use of social media influencers to market theatrical releases, now standard practice in the industry.

  • Entrepreneurship: As Principal of CoxInvest LLC, he actively invests in digital media, immersive live experiences, select CPG, and green-energy technologies.
